Returns

Any item purchased from DTR, Inc. may be returned for a full refund within 30 days from original shipment date without handling fees and less shipping charges. The item must be in new condition and not mounted.

This is based off the original invoice price excluding any and all shipping charges. Percentages are solely based on the condition of the return at the discretion of Desser Tire & Rubber Co.

All returns must be shipped in the original box/packing material and MUST have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). You must contact sales at 800-247-8473 prior to any return or exchange otherwise the package will be refused and sent back at your own expense.

In addition all returns must be Insured, Desser Tire & Rubber Co. is not liable for any damages on returned merchandise.
